From upstate NY. I think I have the networking stuff figured out since I love people, just can’t seem to sell much of anything. I teach people that they can make a choice to be home and enjoy their families while earning a living online. I have lots of passion and zeal in my message which is yes, YOU can do it and I believe in you but can’t seem to articulate and convey this passion to the SAH mommas that I’d like to reach. Sure could use a leg up in this lack of communication skill. I am confident that when (not if) I implement your techniques my vision will be reality! I’ve been subscribed to your newsletter for some time now and thoroughly enjoy it because unlike so many others you offer some real and useable advice. I’ve been trying to get my business started for some time now. Of course, the economy has slowed me down somewhat and has made me really scared of jumping in full speed. I want to open a boutique that sells bath & body products made by all the wonderful people out there who make these products, not the nationally known lines. I want to feature alot of organic/natural products. I also want to sell some other items that are unique and are things most all women would love. I also have an idea for a unique furniture product that I invented 8 yrs ago. This is a product that is mainly targeted to women of all ages but would work for guys also. There is nothing like it on the market at all. I just have to get it completely designed and then make some prototypes. I want to open this boutique here on the island that I live on. Believe it or not, currently there is no where here to buy any kind of good quality bath & body products unless you drive 30 miles to the nearest big city. Even tho this is a small island, it is a big tourist destination as well as home to many, many people most of whom are wealthy. So the market is there. The economy has me scared to death. I am also a master cosmetologist and beauty has been my passion for my whole life (I”m almost 42). I’ve done so much research online as far as marketing, networking, customer service, etc. I’ve also spent alot of time researching all the companies whose products I want to carry. The economy has made me almost give up on opening this biz but it’s my passion and I can’t just let it go. But when it comes to writing an ad, I’m lost. Well I feel like I can’t stop with my “Alice” fix. I’ve taken the email coaching and the spring cleaning coaching… so the next logical step would be to take the copywriting makeover coaching.
I learned to do copywriting several years ago… but the copy needs a complete makeover. It’s been my experience that I work best on a project like this with a coach. And Alice has been one of my favorite coaches.
I make it a “practice” to only learn from one coach at a time. This way I don’t have conflicting opinions and my brain doesn’t get so confused. (which is pretty easy for my poor brain to do

In a nutshell, I NEED this one on one help b/c I have no idea what I am doing. I have purchased programs, including the copywrite program and have yet to be able to use them. They always sound like exactly what I need, I am able to use them until they have to be linked in my website. Pathetically, the only thing I have been able to accomplish is setting up a WP blog. I haven’t been able to do one other thing and I am so frustrated I closed my store temporarily because I can’t get anything to work!
