Discouragement and lack of motivation does creep up everyone now and then and it's nice to know we're not alone. I keep the words ' Patience and Persistence' on my wall and pull from those words every day. Some days are harder than others but we all need something to pull from. Your suggestion on keeping a journal of successes is one of my favorites. It's so easy to come down on ourselves and focus on our failures and dismal results. Why do we torture ourselves so?
