		<description>I&#039;m like you, Scott, if that box of cookies, stack of crackers, bag of potato chips, or bowl of bon bons is in front of me, I&#039;m going to eat the whole darn thing. But, if I just grab a Twix at 7-11 once a week, I&#039;m okay with that. 

If it is in the house and I decide to have some, I have to put it in a snack size bowl or something to get the message to my brain that I don&#039;t need to eat the whole thing, the problem there is that I can go back for me, so I also prefer not to have it in the house.</description>

		<description>LOL! Love the video Scott. I do have trouble limiting myself to just one of those tiny little chocolate bars...so I have a couple...okay, okay, maybe a few, at at time, lol!

But yes, I love the idea of scheduling treats, it makes perfect sense. Gives you something to look forward to, and you&#039;re not making yourself go without so don&#039;t have to say &quot;screw it&quot; and not continue on with healthy eating just so you can indulge.
