After creating a home business supplying ingredients for natural handmade soap and skin care hobbyists in 2001, I soon found that it was all more than I had bargained for.

Over the years through trial and error I learned the firstly the importance of having a sense of humour, as well as time management, organization, systems and balance in the success of my business, my home and my health.

After rushing through my home one day proclaiming myself the Queen of KAOS, I knew that I wanted to share the answers I had found with others who were facing the same challenges in being productive, balancing family and staying healthy while maintaining a sense of humour, and even sometimes not!
